Calculation of fees

All fees are calculated based on 52 weeks of the year, 
e.g: Full time fees = Weekly Fee x 52 weeks divided by 12 months.
= £220.00 x 52 = £11440 divided by 12 = £953.33 per month.

All fees are payable monthly in advance. Fees must be paid on the 1st of each month or a late payment fee will be charged. Where the 1st falls on a weekend, fees are payable on the Friday before the weekend. Fees which remain unpaid will result in your child's place being allocated to another child.

  • Fees can be paid by Debit/Credit Card, Standing Order, Cash or Cheque
  • Fees will be payable for 52 weeks per year
  • There is a late fee payable if your child is collected after the agreed time - this is given directly to the staff who stay to look after your child (Emergencies only)
  • We are happy to offer a sibling discount

Our 2011 fees page shows the gross fees payable to Mini Monsters however we would like to detail one way you may make savings.

By using Childcare Vouchers. In order to pay us using these vouchers, your employer will need to set up an account with one of the childcare voucher providers. These work by what is known as a 'salary sacrifice' arrangement. This is open to one or both working parents up to £243 per month but, of course, each parent has to enter into a childcare voucher arrangement with his or her own employer on a separate basis. If your childcare fees with us exceed this amount, you would then pay the shortfall direct to us in the usual way. This £243 per month (or £486 for both parents) from your wages would be exempt from Income Tax and National Insurance, thus saving you money. Your employer also benefits from a saving in National Insurance.
